  • Problem 2: the directions for finding the house were very difficult to follow and sometimes incorrect.
  • Problem 3: the house was in a terrible mess. There were dirty dishes and cups everywhere, the bathroom was filthy and there were no clean sheets or towels as promised.
  • Problem 4: the central heating wasn't working, so the house was freezing, and there was no hot water.
  • Problem 5: the man who answered the phone was very rude and unhelpful.
